Julie grew up in La Crescenta California, and has been a resident of Burbank California for 30 years.  As a teenager she spent many summers in her uncle’s real estate brokerage and developed a passion for the thrill of the house hunt! Julie was first a Dental Hygienist and has worked in the San Fernando Valley before following her passion as a realtor.  Julie understands how to cater to people’s needs with honesty and integrity, to listen and really hear what people want. She is detail oriented and proactive, she will guide her clients through the listing/sale process with care. Buyers can rely on Julie to listen to their wants and needs to find the right home and guide them through the purchase process. “I’ve always enjoyed home projects, I guess it’s my creative side!  If I can help buyers see ‘beyond’ in a property, that excites me!”

Julie and her Husband Paul have been married for 27 years and raised their two sons in Burbank.  Paul grew up in Burbank and attended local public Burbank schools. Their sons attended the local public schools and played sports with AYSO, Toluca Baseball, Burbank Parks, Vikings, Cooperstown Travel Teams and Burbank and Burroughs High School Teams. “Over the years I have met many neighbors who have moved to Burbank for our schools!” Julie was active in her sons’ schools’ PTA and Boosters. She served on the Board of Directors for Toluca Baseball, Toluca Baseball Spirit Wear Coordinator, Burbank High School Baseball Uniform Coordinator and Burbank High Baseball Board of Directors. Julie also led volunteer efforts for The Burbank Temporary Aid Center, Hands Across the Battlefield and the Goodwill Drive for Burbank High Baseball.

“I love my community, so being able to give back is important to me.”  Which brings up a cause that is near and dear to her heart.  The Kids Community Dental Clinic in Burbank is a nonprofit that services not only Burbank residents, but children in need of dental care from other areas. “Every sale I make, I will make a donation to the KCDC in honor of Dr. Richard Marias, who passed away last year.  Dr. Marias was my employer for 28 years and one of the founders of The KDC. He was a wonderful example of integrity, humility and philanthropy in our community.”
