Welcome

Yesenia, was born and raised in Burbank, California.  She shows her passion for her occupation and devotion to God, her husband and three children.  She is an active agent with HomeSmart, Evergreen in Northridge, Ca representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis and considers education an important part of her role as a REALTOR®.

Yesenia is active with the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.  This gives her more knowledge of today’s market to better serve her clients. She understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful.  As a full-time REALTOR®, she will work hard to lower our stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible.  She will accomplishm this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.

As your REALTOR®, Yesenia will be an advocate for you.  Whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration and marketing materials.  If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

When not assisting clients, Yesenia enjoys spending time with her husband and three girls, entertaining their friends, and traveling.
