Larry spent 30 years as a Professor in a medical school in Chicago, after earning his PhD in neuropharmacology, at which time he invested in residential income properties. After retiring from the University in 1999 and managing his properties in Chicago, IL, Corpus Christi, TX, Palm Springs and Venice Beach, CA he made the decision to become a real estate agent. He obtained his license Jan 2007 and his broker license October 2011.
He believes his strong commitment to education will best serve his real estate clients. Consequently, he continues his education in real estate and became certified as a buyer's agent with the ABR certification, as a seniors agent with the SRES certification, and as an agent for today's millenials with the ePro certification in which technology plays a major role.
The SRES certification serves him well because Palm Springs, CA is a naturally occurring retirement center (NORC) and our population consists of a large number of retirees seeking the Palm Springs lifestyle and climate.
Recently (2015), he earned the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) of which only 3% of the real estate agents in the country qualify for.
Larry believes in educating buyers and sellers to realize their real estate dream whether it is to purchase their primary residence, second home, or the purchase of residential income property to secure their retirement.
