Here is a little bit about me: 

I have been a realtor since 1989.  I got my training at C21 Post Realty in Panorama City and C21 Oak Tree in Valley Village California, in the San Fernando Area. I specialized myself on the Downpayment assistance programs helping many families to get their first home with no down or very little. In all Southern California cities such as South Central L. A. San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, and Orange County and Ventura County. Representing buyers and sellers on their purchases and sales of vacant land, single-family residence, income property, condominiums, mobile homes, rentals, and commercial properties. 

Been Hispanic married woman and mother of 2 boys, I understand the importance of owning a nice home in a safe neighborhood for the family, and I go out of my way to help families to get the best for your money. 

He sido agente de bienes raices desde 1989. Tomando mi entrenamiento el la ofinica de C21 Post Realty en Panorama City y Oak Tree Realty en Valley Village California en el Valle de San Fernando. Especializandome en los programas de asistencia de enganche y ayudando a muchas familias a obtener su primera casa con no enganche o muy poco. En las ciudades del Sur de California como el Sur Central del Los Angeles, El Valle de San Fernando, El Valle de San Gabriel, El condado de Orange y el condado de Ventura. Representando compradores y vendedores en la compra y venta de sus terrenos, casas residenciales, condominio, propiedades de ingreso, casas mobiles, casas de renta, y propiedades comerciales. Siendo hispana, casada y mama de 2 jovencitos adolecentes, entiendo la importancia de poseer un casa bonita en un vecindario seguro para la familia, haciendo lo posible por obtener lo mejor por su dinero.
