Dear Bob: I have received several requests for a reveiw from Realtors.Com, for the job you did selling our Indian Wells home, but when I go to write a review, they want my email address and password to send me notices, etc., none of which I want. Thus I am writing you my thoughts on the job you did representing myself, and my significant other, Caryl Williams, who's house it was you sold. Why am I writing? Because she, Caryl, was being represented by another realtor, from another firm, and I insisted she drop that agent, as her agent wasn't getting the job done, and I felt you could do a better job! And I was right!! Our house had been on the market for three years, and had not received one offer, not even a ridiculous one. From the day we signed with you, you immediately took charge, and had a professional photographer make a drone video, you sent out a postcard mailing and strongly recommended decorating changes in the furniture in house. You also recommended a price point at listing, and after six months we lowered the price to your recomendation. Bingo, the next day after changing price the house sold for full new price. You then stewarded sale through escrow to closing one month later. Further, you sent us listings for local rentals as they came on line. A couple of weeks later I told you not to bother anymore as we had settled on a rental. I did tell you I wasn't entirely satisfied with our selection, but not to bother sending anymore listings. However, and this is why you stand out from the crowd, as a realtor, you sent me a listing five days before we were moving. It was exactly what we were looking for. You met us with the renters agent that day. We said this is what we want, and again you got the job got the job done!! So I would rate our experience with you as top notch, very professional and special. Your firm, Home Smart personnel were all spot on in processing the escrow and all the details.
