David Lang was born in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended John Marshall Law but did not pursue a law degree. David moved to Los Angeles, CA and was hired by NBC in Burbank. After a short time with the Peacock in Burbank he was transferred to the main headquarters at Rockefeller Center in New York.
Two years later he moved to Denver, CO and worked in the Ford dealership for nearly 18 years. His next venture was to open his own oil field equipment leasing business. Denver was in an energy boom at that time and being entrepreneurial he came up with a unique leasing concept for smaller independent oil companies. When the oil market crashed he was on the move again.
Leaving Denver, David traveled northwest to the State of Washington. There he began his real estate career, obtaining his Washington State Real Estate License in 1991 and successfully sold real estate in Whatcom County, Washington for the next 17 years.
In 2007 David moved to the Coachella Valley where he entered a California real estate school and passed his Broker’s exam.
