I’ve been lucky enough to share this very personal process with many home sellers and buyers and, as a result, they have become lifetime clients and friends! Your experience with a real estate agent should be no different. I make it my mission to take as much of the stress off of my clients as possible – leaving them to enjoy the excitement of the process. And, I deliver great results!

 

I am a full-time real estate agent and love what I do! Quite often it really doesn’t feel like work. Don’t hesitate to call me anytime and be sure to leave a message if I don’t answer. Family time is important to me, so my phone is usually on from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, however I am still checking messages for emergencies up to 9:00 PM.

 

My philosophy about real estate is that I am here to help two parties (Buyer and Seller) find each other and complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headache. Since buying and selling homes can be an emotional experience, I believe in working with my clients on a more personal and caring basis and I’m willing to help in situations where most agents won’t spend the time. It’s important to me that you have the best and least stressful experience in selling your home!

 

I am an advocate for my clients. My job is to obtain the best price, terms and conditions for you, my client, and I find that real estate transactions are far more satisfying to both parties when closing is a pleasant experience for everyone.

 

My preference is to work by referral only. This allows me to dedicate myself to my current clients and not dedicated to searching for new clients. Your referrals mean more to me than me “shopping” for new clients because you are then getting the dedication you deserve. I am busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I can’t take a personal interest in every client. The sale of your home is as important to me as it is to you. That is my commitment to you!
