Welcome

Hi there! My name is Natalie Banning and I am a mom of 3, full-time Realtor® and lover of everything outdoors. I grew up in the East Bay area and moved to Roseville with my family when I was a Freshman in High School. I have lived in quite a few Cities in Northern California and Rocklin is my home now. When I am not selling houses, you can usually find me exploring the forest with my family, boating, fishing, camping or riding dirt bikes. I have a blended family with 6 kids and we are the modern day Brady Bunch. We have kids in Elementary, Middle and High schools in Placer County. I am active in the schools and follow board meetings and events closely. My family and I enjoy baking home made sourdough, planting our vegetable garden, raising chickens and just about anything which brings us closer to self sufficiency.  I love working in real estate because I enjoy meeting new people, developing relationships, overcoming challenges and being out in the field. The most rewarding part of my career is helping my Clients reach their real estate goals and achieve the American Dream, homeownership. 

i started in real estate in 2006 as an assistant to a well established Realtor® at Keller Williams Realty. From there, I branched out to New Home Sales around 2008 as a Relief Agent with Agent Network where I had the opportunity to work for numerous home builders. I had the opportunity to learn from the inside about New Home Builders, spec homes and the unique features, qualities and characteristics each Builder brings into their homes. This experience has really helped me in the re-sale industry because of my extensive knowledge of the communities which are now well established neighborhoods. 

In 2014 I joined HomeSmart Realty as a re-sale Agent and partnered with The Jay Friedman Realty Team. I learned a lot from Jay and apply those skills every day. In 2020 I became a solo Agent with HomeSmart and have been enjoying every minute of it!

At HomeSmart I have helped numerous Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate goals and advance to the next chapter in their lives. I pride myself on caring for my Clients the way I care for my family and friends. I will always give my Clients the highest level of service, honest information and ensure they understand every step of the process and beyond. My relationship with my Clients doesn’t end at closing. My Clients call me years after closing for referrals to professionals, questions about homeownership and when they are ready to buy or sell their home again. I am also the type of Realtor® who will answer the phone any day and anytime (as long as I am awake) because I understand that some things simply cannot wait.
