Welcome to my website!  Growing up in the Sacramento area and residing in Folsom and El Dorado Hills since 1994 where I have raised my two daughters, I found my calling in Real Estate. I graduated from University of California Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Masters Degree in Public Administration and started an invesigations business I owned for 20 years.


I am driven, organized, efficient, outgoing, very active, enjoy people and am uniquely personable when interacting with buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, escrow agents and bank short sale departments. I have the knowledge, skill and motivation to help navigate the competitive and complex real estate market and facilitate any closing on behalf of my clients.
