Over the past twenty years I have worked with both residential and commercial development.   As Deputy City Treasurer of the City of Sacramento, I represented city government working with developers to create both residential and commercial development.  I was involved in the establishment of basic infrastructure, such as streets, sidewalks, gutters and everything that is needed to create new sub-divisions and build new homes.

I bring to this industry a wealth of knowledge and expertise to make your home buying or selling experience as easy as possible.  I have lived in the Granite Bay area for the over twenty-five years and consider myself very familiar with the area.

In deciding to pursue a real estate career, my goal is to use my knowledge to help my clients find the right community, then the right neighborhood, and finally the right home.  My approach is to treat every client like my own family and maintain a great relationship with them far past the close of escrow.
