We used Andrey to sell our house in Rocklin. When it was time to list we interviewed several agents the reason we liked Andrey was because he suggested a staging company to get top dollar for the house. Also he recommended us to hire a great photographer to get Drone footage and a 3D house tour. He was very involved in the process of posting and selling our home which helped us a lot. Once we signed the agreement Andrey came out several times with the staging company to make sure everything will be done on time. To our surprise the house sold for more than expected. We absolutely enjoyed working with him.

Andrey was able to close another successful deal for us. Were were neck to neck with another offer, but Andrey was pretty sharp at negotiations and was able to package our offer the right way and our offer was excepted.
