Covid-19 has forever changed the way we will sell residential real estate!!


Needing to sell a home in 2020 will require a Realtor that understands how to use technology.

99% of all home sales begin on the internet in one of the home buying platforms.  Creating a presence online for your home is THE most important feature for the marketing plan.

You will hear other agents saying they will set up a virtual presence, you will hear the term virtual over and over again.  Most will take photos and create a slide show and call that a virtual tour.  Sometimes they will put the slideshow to music but a again..... NOT a virtual tour!!

Do you ever wonder which real estate company actually has the best agents or marketing program??

I get this question all the time;  Why should I list my home with you and why are you different from the other agents??  Are there agencies that will actually purchase my home so I don't have to go through the process??

Don't you sometimes get frustrated with the "sales pitch" from each agent as to why they are the best??  Have you witnessed a neighbor selling their home far below it's value and wondered what they were told??

Have you ever thought maybe the listing agent is more concerned with the buyer's moving in then they are for the sellers??  The seller is leaving the neighborhood, but the new buyer is good future business for the agent.
