I have been a full time realtor since 2004. Through the years I have kept my promise to my sellers and buyers to be available to them for any questions or concerns. To be upfront and honest.

Seliing can be a very anxious time for sellers.  Sellers want the best price possible for their homes. They want information. How do I prepare my home for sale? How much is it going to cost me? What are homes selling for in my neighborhood. Once sold, how long will it take to close and will I have enough time to find a replacement home?

Buyers usually know what kind of home they want and the area.  But, they usually don't know what amount they qualify for. They don't know what is needed to get pre approved to purchase a home.  They don't know the loan/escrow time line and documents needed to close.

My promise to you is to guide you through a successful close with as little stress as possible.
