Luckily, Mr. Mirza was a great agent and helped me make the right decision! Throughout the lengthy disclosures and confusion Mr.Mirza was able to patiently gothrough all of my questions as well. What I thought was going to be a very stressful and intimidating process became exciting. Mr. Mirza paid attention to my needs and what I was looking for in a home. All in all, working with Mr.Mirza was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to first-time home buyers and home buyers in general!

I saw a home I liked that looked like it might sell quickly. I drove by to take a look at it and was interested. I requested to see the home through the Trulia app and called my loan officer to get my information updated since the last time I had put in an offer on a home was several months ago and my prequalification had expired. However, it was a weekend, so I was not able to reach my loan officer immediately. Rashaad called me right away but refused to show me the house saying that he "wasn't going to waste his time on something I wasn't going to qualify for." I assured him that I had already gone through the loan application process in the recent past, was definitely qualified for the home, and was a serious buyer, but he kept insisting that I would be wasting his time and refused to show me the home. He also insisted that no other agent would show me the home without already being currently prequalified despite the circumstances I explained to him. I hung up on him and just called another agent who agreed to show me the home right away. It was overall a very negative experience with Rashaad, and I will avoid attempting to work with him in the future.
