UPDATED 5/23/2020 - HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND! May is normally a month of preparing for graduations, weddings, Memorial Day parties & vacations. This month, we’re focusing on the easing of restrictions, and ways to social distance. Great news --- buyers can now view occupied homes! This was a huge win, as many buyers want to “feel” the home, before they write an offer. Open Houses & Broker Tours are still NOT allowed. Also, no more than 2 buyers in home, at one time. Summerset & Trilogy Vineyard home sales were slowed these last 2 months, as both buyers/sellers are the age most impacted by the virus. Restrictions are easing, so if you want to view a home in person or via virtual tour, give me a call.
Trilogy Vineyard’s & Summerset are located 50 miles East of San Francisco, in Brentwood. Both “over 55” communities offer buyers a single family home, with many choices in sizes & features. Our farmer’s market & U-Pick cherry farms are now open! Brentwood is close to shopping, restaurants, medical, and BART.
Summerset is the oldest of the two communities, built from 1994-2005. Summerset has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes. The homes are centered around the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club. (Which is Public, and now open for play! (effective 5-4-2020.) Summerset has 4 gated communities, each community with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and many activities. Trilogy Vineyard’s homes were built starting in 2006, and they are still being constructed; when complete, the community will number around 1100 homes. Trilogy Vineyards is a resort centered lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees. Homes range from 1460 -3000+ square feet. The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the main clubhouse, restaurant, spa, and tennis courts) However, Club Los Megano is currently closed, because of Covid 19! Building your own dream is a great experience; but if you can purchase somebody else’s dream, you usually save yourself money & frustration of rear yard landscaping. UPDATED 4/26/2020: Welcome to my blog that focuses on available homes at Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” communities: Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.

Both Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards’s offer its residents a gated community, and many choices in single family home sizes & prices. Summerset is the oldest community, built from 1994-2005. Trilogy Vineyards first home was completed in 2006, and they are still being constructed.

UPDATED 2/25/2020: Welcome to my blog! Below is an update on Trilogy Vineyards & Summerset re-sale homes. Both of the above communities are located in Brentwood, around 50 miles East of San Francisco. Summerset was built from 1994-2005, and Trilogy Vineyards started building the Bordeaux Village in 2006. If you cannot find a home size/price you are seeking, keep checking back as more homes will be coming up in March & April.

There are around 15 homes re-sale homes in Trilogy Vineyards. Buyers can also purchase a new home from Shea, and pick their lot and upgrades of choice. Trilogy Vineyards homes were first built in 2007. A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home offers buyers many upgrades, that would be more expensive in a new-build. These homes also have completed yards & window coverings. Re-sales range from 1460-3000+ square feet, and start around $625K. Summerset, just across the road from Trilogy Vineyards, offers buyers 26 different models, with homes built from 1994-2005. These homes also feature a clubhouse, bocce, tennis, library, pool, spa and work-out room. Homes range from 984-2600+ sq. ft., and start around $380K.
