Brentwood is located about 50 miles East of San Francisco. People enjoy its proximity to San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose and Napa Valley.
Trilogy Vineyards homes first sold in 2007. A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home offers buyers a newer home, with upgrades that would be more expensive as an option in a new-build. BARCELONA is a new “over 55” duet community. The homes are all-electric, will be gated, and have a 1500 sq. ft. clubhouse, with a spool & bocce courts. These homes are brand new, and located just outside the gates of Trilogy Vineyards &Los Medanos College. Currently, no homes are for sale!

Trilogy Vineyards’ homes were first built in 2006. If you are thinking of moving into Trilogy Vineyards, you should consider a re-sale home; although, inventory is extremely LOW! Most re-sale homes offer buyers the upgrades, that would be more expensive in a new-build home. These homes also have completed yards & window coverings. Summerset, built from 1994-2005, has 4 communities with 26+ floor plans. Brentwood Golf Club’s 27-hole golf course runs throughout the Summerset communities. (This golf course is public, so monthly HOA dues DON’T support the course’s operation.) HOA dues range from $95-$155, depending on the community. Each Summerset has tennis/bocce courts, a community center, library, a pool/hot tub and many classes/activities and trips. Trilogy Vineyards homes were first built in 2006, and they have a wait list for upcoming home releases. This community is surrounded by grapevines & olive trees, and its hub is the beautiful Club Los Meganos! Trilogy Vineyards was first constructed in 2006, and Shea is still building new homes in this community. Trilogy Vineyards is surrounded by grapevines & olive trees. Home sizes range from 1460-3000+ square feet. (It will number 1050 homes, when complete.) This community features the FABULOUS Club Los Meganos; the main clubhouse with concierge, private restaurant, library, mail services, spas, swimming pools and VIEWS! HOA Dues are $346/month. Building your dream can be a gratifying experience, and Shea is a great builder. However, if you can purchase someone else’s dream, you usually save yourself money & frustration, with a re-sale home.
