Thanks for reading this BLOG, focusing on the 2 “over 55” communities in Brentwood: Summerset (built from 1994-2005) and Trilogy Vineyards (built from 2007-now).   Each community is different, offering buyers many choices of sizes, models, prices and amenities.


Summerset has 13 homes available, ranging from 382K - $712K.   With 26 models, there are many options for a buyer.   Current golf course properties are available on Richardson, Grenadier Way & Franklin Dr.  A wonderful Peachtree model (only available in SS#4), just came on the MLS. FEB 2018 - Trilogy Vineyards & Summerset Re-sale Home Update

UPDATED 2-27-18:   What an interesting month of weather, from in the mid-70’s to the low 30’s!   Like the weather, several homes have gone on the market , and have come off quickly.   Condition and price are the driving factors in most sales. Below is an update on both “OVER 55” communities of Trilogy Vineyards & Summerset.  More homes should be coming up as we get closer to March & April.

JAN 2018 UPDATE & 4th Quarter Update for Summerset & Trilogy Vineyard Re-sale Homes!

UPDATED 1-30-18:   HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU!!!   Thanks for visiting my blog, discussing the 2 “OVER 55” Communities in Brentwood CA:  Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.    Summerset was built from 1994-2004, and Trilogy Vineyards from 2006- Current.   Both communities offer you privacy gates, a clubhouse, bocce, tennis and events.   Below is information on both communities, as well as a 4th Quarter Sales Update.


Currently, there are 7 Summerset homes FOR SALE; two of these homes are on the golf course! Prices range from $439K-$725K. Click Here to View Summerset Listings


Trilogy Vineyards has 4 homes on the re-sale list.  Two least expensive homes are Costa Dorada  models, The home on Gamay is a Cetera, and the largest is a Rafael on ¼+ acre lot.  The Cetera and Rafael have the higher 20’ ceilings.   All of these re-sale homes have the upgrades, yard work and window covering completed; giving the buyer the freedom to just move-in!   Click Here to View rilogy Vineyard Re-Sale Listings


Below is a link to 4th Quarter Summerset Sales.   There were 12 homes SOLD, ranging in price from $370K - $560K.  It will give you an idea of condition and prices SOLD.  Here are 4th Quarter SUMMERSET SALES  This is compared to 22 homes in the same time period of 2016.  Those sales were $335K-$550K.

In the 4th Quarter, there were 3 TRILOGY VINEYARD re-sale homes SOLD,  prices ranged from $740K - $1240K.  Here are TRILOGY VINEYARD 4th Quarter Re-sales   Compared to 4th quarter 2016, which had only 1 re-sale at $564K.

UPDATED 12/25/17:   MERRY CHRISTMAS, and the BEST of wishes to you and your family during this month of sharing, caring, eating, laughing, shopping, enjoying and celebrating.   Thanks for visiting to my blog about the 2 wonderful “over 55” communities of Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.   Both of these great communities offer their residents multiple activities for their residents to enjoy not only at the holidays, but year-long.  


Trilogy Vineyards homes were first homes built in the Bordeaux Village in 2007.   Many resales are in this most desired village, as these homes have the Signature 20’ ceilings in the main living area.  The next village was the Sonoma village, which started offering the standard ceiling height and the Shea Solar option.   Most resales are in these 2 villages, as they were built prior to 2014.  A Trilogy Vineyard Resale home offers upgrades that would be more expensive in a new-build, a completed yard and window coverings.  Click Here to View the 3 Trilogy Vineyard Re- Sale Listings

Summerset is just across the road from Trilogy Vineyards, and offers buyers 26 different models, built from 1994-2005.   These homes also feature a clubhouse, bocce, tennis, library, pool, spa and work-out room.  Homes range from 984-2600+ sq. ft., and start around $375K.   Not all models are for sale at all times, and the most desired are homes with a golf course lot.  Currently, there are 5 golf course homes for sale! UPDATED 11/17/17 - HAPPY NOVEMBER!   This is the month for giving thanks for our bounty, and for enjoying those pre-holiday craft fairs taking place.  THANK YOU for visiting my blog and for your interest in Brentwood’s FINEST “over 55” communities: Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards!   This blog highlights both of these fine communities of single-story homes, and gated communities .


Currently, there are 7 Trilogy Vineyard re-sales on the MLS, with pricing ranging from $699K - $929K.  Trilogy Vineyard offers homes ranging from 1460-3000(+/-) sq. ft.
