EFFECTIVE 3/20/2020 – California Realtors were issued the following Executive Order....  Realtors were ordered to cease doing all face-to-face marketing or sales activity: including showings, listing appointments, open houses and property inspections. Clients and other consumers are also subject to these orders, and should NOT be visiting properties or conducting other business in person.

FEBRUARY 2020 - SUMMERSET & TRILOGY VINEYARD Re-Sale Homes!

UPDATED 2/25/2020:    Welcome to my blog!  Below is an update on Trilogy Vineyards & Summerset re-sale homes.  Both of the above communities are located in Brentwood, around 50 miles East of San Francisco.   Summerset was built from 1994-2005, and Trilogy Vineyards started building the Bordeaux Village in 2006.  If you cannot find a home size/price you are seeking, keep checking back as more homes will be coming up in March & April.

There are around 15 homes re-sale homes in Trilogy Vineyards.  Buyers can also purchase a new home from Shea, and pick their lot and upgrades of choice.  However, if you choose to purchase a resale home, there is usually a huge cost benefit to you, when you consider upgrade costs. UPDATED 1/25/20……..   HAPPY NEW YEAR!  May you have health & prosperity in this coming decade.  Thanks for visiting my blog, highlighting Brentwood’s “over 55” communities.  Brentwood is located about 50 miles East of San Francisco.  People enjoy its proximity to San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose and Napa Valley. 

 

Trilogy Vineyards homes were first built in 2007.   A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home offers buyers many upgrades, that would be more expensive in a new-build.  These homes also have completed yards & window coverings.  Re-sales range from 1460-3000+ square feet, and start around $625K.  The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the main clubhouse, restaurant & spa).  Click for Trilogy Vineyard Listings


Summerset, just across the road from Trilogy Vineyards, offers buyers 26 different models, with homes built from 1994-2005.   These homes also feature a clubhouse, bocce, tennis, library, pool, spa and work-out room.  Homes range from 984-2600+ sq. ft., and start around $380K.   Not all models are for sale at all times, and the most desired are homes with a golf course lot.  Click for SUMMERSET Listings


BARCELONA is a new duet community, built by Shea. This “Over 55” Community will also be gated, be all-electric, and have its own 1500 sq. ft. clubhouse, with a spool & bocce courts. These homes are brand new, located just outside the gates of Trilogy Vineyards.  Click for BARCELONA Duet Listings
