UPDATED 6/21/17 --- HAPPY JUNE TO YOU! Thanks for checking my blog, focusing on Brentwood’s “OVER 55” Community of Summerset. Summerset was built from 1994-2005 and has 2,000+ homes and 26 floorplans. This community offers something for everyone’s taste; prices start in the low-mid 300’s and can go up/over the high $600K range, depending on lot/location.
There are 18 homes on the MLS for Summerset. The current market is providing buyers more smaller homes, with only 3 homes over 2,000 sq. ft. If you want a golf-course home, priced under $500K, check out the move-in ready Cortland model in Summerset #1, located on the golf course.
