Below is a link to 4^th Quarter Summerset Sales.   There were 12 homes SOLD, ranging in price from $370K - $560K.  It will give you an idea of condition and prices SOLD.  Here are 4^th Quarter SUMMERSET SALES  This is compared to 22 homes in the same time period of 2016.  Those sales were $335K-$550K.

In the 4^th Quarter, there were 3 TRILOGY VINEYARD re-sale homes SOLD,  prices ranged from $740K - $1240K.  Here are TRILOGY VINEYARD 4^th Quarter Re-sales   Compared to 4^th quarter 2016, which had only 1 re-sale at $564K.
