Their “highly anticipated” Tuscany Village is opening on July 15th. For those of you NOT wanting to hassle the options, choices, window treatments and back yard building, this blog is for YOU! It features Trilogy Vineyard re-sales that are ready for move-in!
Resales can range from the smallest (Alicante @ 1460 sq. ft.) up to one of the Maxine model (3000+). Some of the models can be Signature Series, with the 18’ ceilings, and they may/may not have solar.

Summerset was built from 1994-2005 and has 2,000+ homes and 26 floorplans. This community offers something for everyone’s taste; prices start in the low-mid 300’s and can go up/over the high $600K range, depending on lot/location.
There are 18 homes on the MLS for Summerset. The current market is providing buyers more smaller homes, with only 3 homes over 2,000 sq. ft. If you want a golf-course home, priced under $500K, check out the move-in ready Cortland model in Summerset #1, located on the golf course. This model offers new interior/exterior paint, large laundry room, walk-in pantry, and Mt. Diablo views. It is priced at $459K. This home will have an Open House Sunday, June 25th from 1-3PM.

UPDATED 5/29/17: Thanks for visiting my blog, which focuses on Brentwood’s 2 “OVER 55” communities of SUMMERSET & TRILOGY VINEYARDS. Summerset has 4 communities, and just over 2,000 homes. When completed, Trilogy Vineyards will have around 1100, not counting the duets that are planned.
Summerset homes were built around the 27-holes (3 -9’s) of Brentwood Gold Club.
If you are looking for a golf course home, there is a FABULOUS Golf Course & Mt. Diablo View home priced under $500K! Shea started building in Brentwood 2006, and they will continue for a few more years. Resales are a great way to have all the joys of living in this resort community, without having to hassle with choosing options, putting in a yard and addressing window coverings. By eliminating the building process, you see what you are buying, and many times, obtain a home for less money than a new-build with equal upgrades.
