APRIL 2022 - Summerset & Trilogy Vineyard Re-sale Homes

UPDATED 4/22/22:   HAPPY APRIL and welcome to my blog, that discusses the available homes at Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” communities of Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.   Both communities offer activities/clubs, a gated community, and many choices in single family home sizes.   Summerset is the oldest community, built from 1994-2005; Trilogy Vineyard’s first home was completed in 2007, and they continue to offer new home releases.  

 

Trilogy Vineyards is a FABULOUS resort-oriented community, built around its clubhouse - Club Los Meganos.  Homes range from 1460 -3000+ square feet.  The community is surrounded by vineyards, and homes are sectioned into villages.  Building your own dream home can be a great experience, but if you can purchase somebody else’s dream home, you can save both time & money.  Here’s a list of current Trilogy Vineyard re-sale homes… Click for Trilogy Vineyard Re-sales


Summerset, with 26 floor plans, has the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club running throughout the communities.  Summerset has 4 communities, each with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and activities. There are over 2,000 homes, so you should find a model to fit your taste & financial needs.  You can attend activities in all 4 communities, giving you multiple options on events/clubs/tours. FEB 2022 - SUMMERSET & TRILOGY VINEYARD RE-SALE HOMES

UPDATED 2/27/22:  Happy Lunar New Year & Valentine month, and welcome to my BLOG; it’s focus is Summerset & Trilogy Vineyard RE-SALE homes. Now that February is here, more homes should be coming on market, and more buyers will be out shopping. Both Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards homes are located in Brentwood, about 50 miles East of San Francisco.  

 

SUMMERSET was built from 1994-2005, with over 26 different models. Summerset has 4 developments, and 2,000+ homes, offering something for all price ranges & needs.  Most Summerset homes are clean, gently used and in original condition.  Re-sales with updates/upgrades are highly-valued by buyers, and usually sell quickly. JANUARY 2022 - Brentwood CA

Updated 1/29/22:    HAPPY 2022!  If you’re looking for a home, where you can shop locally or easily go for daily walks, Brentwood’s “over 55” communities are just for YOU.  Brentwood is located about 50 miles East of San Francisco.  People enjoy its proximity to San Francisco, Sacramento, San Jose and Napa Valley. 

 

Trilogy Vineyards homes first sold in 2007.   A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home offers buyers a newer home, with upgrades that would be more expensive as an option in a new-build.  These homes also have completed yards & window coverings.  Re-sales range from 1460-3000+ sq. ft., and prices start around $750K.  The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the beautiful main clubhouse, restaurant & spa) with tennis/bocce courts, parks and the wine barn nearby. Summerset, just across the road from Trilogy Vineyards, offers buyers 26 floorplans, with homes built from 1994-2005.   These homes also feature a clubhouse, bocce/tennis courts, library, pool, spa and work-out room.  Homes range from 984-2600+ sq. ft. and start around $500K.   Not all models are for sale at all times; the most desired are homes that are updated, or with a golf course lot.  Click for SUMMERSET Listings


BARCELONA is a new “over 55” duet community.  The homes are all-electric, will be gated, and have a 1500 sq. ft. clubhouse, with a spool & bocce courts. These homes are brand new, and located just outside the gates of Trilogy Vineyards &Los Medanos College.  Currently, no homes are for sale!

Trilogy Vineyards’ homes were first built in 2006.  If you are thinking of moving into Trilogy Vineyards, you should consider a re-sale home; although, inventory is extremely LOW!
