TRILOGY VINEYARDS & SUMMERSET HOMES - MA Y 2021 UPDATE!

UPDATED 5/29/20:  HAPPY MEMORIAL WEEKEND, and the official start of Summer.  Thanks for coming to my blog, focusing on the available re-sale homes at Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards; Brentwood’s “OVER 55” communities.   Both communities offer buyers a gated community of single-story homes, with many choices in sizes & features.

 

Summerset is the oldest of the two communities, built from 1994-2005.   Summerset has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes, and is centered around the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club.  Summerset has 4 gated communities, each with its own clubhouse, bocce/tennis courts, pool, clubhouse and activities; residents can attend activities in the other 4 communities, giving multiple options on events/clubs/outings. Started in 2006, Trilogy Vineyard homes still have more lots to be built; when completed, it’ll number +/-1100 homes.   Trilogy Vineyards is centered around a resort lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees. Homes range from 1460 -3000+ square feet.  The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the main clubhouse, restaurant, spa, and tennis courts.)   The wine barn & many parks also offer options for residents to enjoy.  Building your own dream home is a wonderful creative experience.  However, you can save money & time by purchasing somebody else’s dream! APRIL 2021- SUMMERSET & TRILOGY VINEYARD RE-SALE HOMES

UPDATED 4/23/21: Welcome to my blog, featuring the available homes at Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” communities of Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.   Both gated communities offer activities and many choices in single family homes.   (In both price and floor plan.)  Summerset is the oldest community, built from 1994-2005.   Trilogy Vineyard’s first home was completed in 2007, and they still have lots available to build your dream home.

 

Trilogy Vineyards is a FABULOUS resort-oriented community, centered around Club Los Meganos.  Built by Shea these homes range from 1460 -3000+ square feet.  There are many clubs/events to join, and this community is surrounded by vineyards.  Building your own dream home is a great experience, but if you can purchase somebody else’s dream home, you can save some money.  Here’s a list of current Trilogy Vineyard re-sale homes… Click for TRILOGY VINEYARD Re-Sales

 

Summerset has 26 floor plans, with the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club, running throughout the communities.  Summerset has 4 gated communities, each with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and activities.  Once a Summerset owner, you can do activities/events arranged at the other Summerset properties, giving you multiple options on events/clubs/outings. This BLOG’s focus is the “over 55” communities in Brentwood, CA. Brentwood is located 50 miles east of San Francisco and the tree “over 55” communities in Brentwood are: 1) Summerset), 2) Trilogy Vineyards, and 3) Barcelona.  Each community is unique, offering buyers many choices of sizes, lots, prices and amenities.

HOT MARKETS - February 2021

UPDATED 2/27/21:  The real estate market in the “Over 55” market is HOT!  Entry-level homes under $500K move FAST!  Larger homes, that are move-in ready are also going quickly!  Although many residents are moving out-of-state, the number of buyers wanting to purchase a home in Summerset, Trilogy Vineyards & Barcelona his increased.  Keep checking back to this blog for additional updates, as more homes typically come on the market in March & April!

Trilogy Vineyards homes first sold in 2007.   A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home offers buyers a newer home, with upgrades that would be more expensive as an option in a new-build.  These homes also have completed yards & window coverings.  Re-sales range from 1460-3000+ sq. ft., and prices start around $650K.  The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the beautiful main clubhouse, restaurant & spa) with tennis/bocce courts, parks and the wine barn nearby.
