Welcome

Christy Taylor has lived in San Diego since 1999.  Prior to this, Christy lived on the east coast and was a licensed realtor in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Joining the world of Real Estate in the early 90's, she has worn many hats in a changing market.  Her many certifications include:  Relocation Agent—working all of San Diego, Certified Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist and Negotiator, Rental Tour Guide, and assisting her lender in first time Homebuyer Programs with the City of San Diego and also served in the Rancho Bernardo Community Council.  She also works occasionally with Divorce Attorney's and the Court to assist in the process of selling clients homes. Christy raised her children in the Poway School District and was involved in PTA with many school and community fundraising endeavors.  HomeSmart welcomes Christy to our HomeSmart Family.
