Summerset is just across the road from Trilogy Vineyards, and offers buyers 26 different models, built from 1994-2005.   These homes also feature a clubhouse, bocce, tennis, library, pool, spa and work-out room.  Homes range from 984-2600+ sq. ft., and start around $375K.   Not all models are for sale at all times, and the most desired are homes with a golf course lot.  Currently, there are 5 golf course homes for sale!
