Welcome to my blog, focusing on the available homes at Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards; Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” communities.   Both communities offer buyers a gated community, and many choices in sizes/features in single family homes.  Brentwood (located 50 miles East of San Francisco) is close to shopping, restaurants, medical, and the new BART extension just opened! 

Summerset is the oldest of the two communities, built from 1994-2005.   Summerset has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes, and is centered around the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club.  It has 4 gated communities, each community with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and activities. Trilogy Vineyards first homes were started in 2006, and they are still being built; when complete, it should number around 1100 homes.   Trilogy Vineyards is centered around a resort lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees.
