Summerset is the oldest of the two communities, built from 1994-2005.   Summerset has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes; with the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club, running throughout the communities.  Summerset has 4 gated communities; each community with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and activities. Trilogy Vineyards homes were first completed by Shea in 2006, and they are still being built; when complete, the community will number around 1100 homes.   Trilogy Vineyards is centered around a resort lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees. Homes range from 1460-3000+ square feet.  The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the main clubhouse, restaurant, spa, and tennis courts)   Building your own dream is a great experience; but if you can purchase somebody else’s dream home, you usually save yourself money & frustration with a re-sale home.   Click for TRILOGY VINEYARD Re-Sale Homes
