Trilogy Vineyards was first constructed in 2006, and they are still being built. When completed, the community will number around 1050 homes.   Trilogy Vineyards  features a resort lifestyle, it has a restaurant, tennis/bocce courts, numerous clubs & events; all surrounded by grapevines & olive trees. Homes range from 1460-3000+ square feet.  The many gated villages surround Club Los Meganos (the main clubhouse, restaurant & spa)   HOA Dues are $333/month.  Building your dream is a great experience!  However, if you can purchase somebody else’s dream, you usually save yourself money, and the frustration of the upgrades & putting in the yard. Summerset is the oldest of the two communities, built from 1994-2005.   Summerset has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes, with the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club running throughout the communities.  (This golf course is public, so the community does NOT support the course’s operation.)  HOA dues range from $95-$145, depending on community.  Summerset has 4 gated communities; each community with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and activities.
