UPDATED 4/26/2020:  Welcome to my blog that focuses on available homes at Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” communities: Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.

Both Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards’s  offer its residents a gated community, and many choices in single family home sizes & prices.   Summerset is the oldest community, built from 1994-2005.   Trilogy Vineyards first home was completed in 2006, and they are still being constructed.  

Trilogy Vineyards is a FABULOUS resort-oriented community, with homes ranging from 1460-3000+ square feet.  If you want to skip the hassle of building your dream home, you can purchase somebody else’s dream, and usually save money with a resale. Click for TRILOGY VINEYARD Listings

Summerset has 26 floor plans, ranging from 964 – 2560+ square feet.  The homes are centered around the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club (golf course is public).  These homes usually require updates, that HGTV buyers now seek. Click for SUMMERSET Listings
