UPDATED 4/23/21: Welcome to my blog, featuring the available homes at Brentwood’s two “OVER 55” communities of Summerset & Trilogy Vineyards.   Both gated communities offer activities and many choices in single family homes.   (In both price and floor plan.)  Summerset is the oldest community, built from 1994-2005.   Trilogy Vineyard’s first home was completed in 2007, and they still have lots available to build your dream home.

Summerset has 26 floor plans, with the 27-hole Brentwood Golf Club, running throughout the communities.  Summerset has 4 gated communities, each with bocce, tennis, pool, clubhouse and activities.  Once a Summerset owner, you can do activities/events arranged at the other Summerset properties, giving you multiple options on events/clubs/outings.
