Summerset, built from 1994-2005, has 4 communities with 25+ floor plans.  Brentwood Golf Club’s now 18-hole golf course runs through some of the Summerset communities. Trilogy Vineyards was first constructed in 2006, and Shea is almost finished building new homes in this community. Trilogy Vineyards is surrounded by grapevines & olive trees. Home sizes range from 1460-3000+ square feet. (It will number 1050 homes, when complete.)  This community features the FABULOUS Club Los Meganos; the main clubhouse with concierge, private restaurant, library, mail services, spas, swimming pools and VIEWS!  HOA Dues are $395/month. Trilogy Vineyards, a Shea Development,first sold in 2006; these homes are almost sold out! When completed, the community will number around 1050 homes.   Trilogy Vineyards is surrounded by grapevines & olive trees.
