UPDATED 2/25/2020:    Welcome to my blog!  Below is an update on Trilogy Vineyards & Summerset re-sale homes.  Both of the above communities are located in Brentwood, around 50 miles East of San Francisco.   Summerset was built from 1994-2005, and Trilogy Vineyards started building the Bordeaux Village in 2006.  If you cannot find a home size/price you are seeking, keep checking back as more homes will be coming up in March & April.

There are around 15 homes re-sale homes in Trilogy Vineyards.  Buyers can also purchase a new home from Shea, and pick their lot and upgrades of choice.  However, if you choose to purchase a resale home, there is usually a huge cost benefit to you, when you consider upgrade costs.
