Their “highly anticipated” Tuscany Village is opening on July 15^th.   For those of you NOT wanting to hassle the options, choices, window treatments and back yard building, this blog is for YOU!   It features Trilogy Vineyard re-sales that are ready for move-in!

Resales can range from the smallest (Alicante @ 1460 sq. ft.) up to one of the Maxine model (3000+). Some of the models can be Signature Series, with the 18’ ceilings, and they may/may not have solar.
