Summerset is the oldest of the two communities, built from 1994-2005.   Summerset has 26 floor plans, over 2,000 homes, with the 18-hole Brentwood Golf Club running throughout Summerset 2, 3 & 4.  Summerset’s 4 gated communities offer residents bocce, tennis, swimming pool, clubhouse and activities. Trilogy Vineyards homes were first completed by Shea in 2006, and they are almost completely built-out.  When complete, the community will number around 1100 homes.   Trilogy Vineyards is centered around a resort lifestyle, bordered by grapevines & olive trees.
