Joe has always had a passion for real estate, and although he chose public service as his first career he has always had his finger on the real estate pulse. When Joe bought his first home in 1997 he found the process intriguing and challenging, from the house hunting to the final transfer of deed, and that struck a chord and desire in him to learn more. In addition, Joe has managed his own rental property for almost two decades.

Because of this passion, Joe spends much of his time viewing homes online and attending open houses, researching home prices, and generally just following the market. Buying or selling  home can be exciting, and it can be stressful and challenging. It can be particularly stressful for the first time buyers and those who have a short timeline. Joe knows firsthand, and that is why he is committed to his clients.
