I love my job as a devoted real estate professional!

My husband and I moved to the Santa Clarita over 24 years ago to raise our 3 children. We moved here because of our Distinguished Blue Ribbon schools and we love the family environment. This is truly an Awesometown!

I have been selling real estate since 2001. I began my real estate career as an expert in custom homes, specializing in ranch style homes of Sand Canyon.  As the real estate market has changed, so has my specialization. I now have extensive experience in the short sale process and have handled many negotiations for struggling sellers resulting in great success for them.  I am very committed to continuing education and will soon be a licensed Broker to better serve my clients. I am honored to work with the highly qualified, ambitious team of full time Realtors at HomeSmart NCG in Valencia, where performance is always for the benefit of the client reaching their goals. My business standards are based upon providing the best service and value for your time to where you will recommend me to the people you care most about. My #1 priority is to make sure that you are happy, and that your needs are being met. I am the President of the Women's Council of Realtors and also hold a position on the board of the largest network group in SCV  the Real Estate Advisory Group.

I believe it is important to give back to our SCV community! My personal volunteer service has included several years of service as PTA President, Coaching Soccer for 6 years, being a Girl Scout Leader for 7 years, volunteering extensively for the Michael Hoefflin Foundation, advocating for the Canyon High School Softball Team, Chair of the Burrito Bowl, a member of Soroptimist of Valencia.  I am proud to be a part of the energetic and developing community of Santa Clarita.

Anita is a wonderful agent. 12 years ago, she helped my husband and I buy our home and this year, we turned to her again to sell our home since she did such a great job.
