Vista Canyon Ranch by JSB Development – Future Project
Vista Canyon is envisioned to be a new transit-oriented, master-planned community in Santa Clarita, California. It will be located East of the 14 freeway and just south of Sand Canyon Road. The 185-acre mixed-used plan, which includes 1,100 residential units, 950,000 square feet of office and retail space and a new Metrolink Station and Bus–Transfer Station, was approved for development by the City of Santa Clarita in 2011. The residential homes are expected to begin construction in 2016 with delivery in 2017.
