Shawn was absolutely fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better person. Knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Our bank referred us to him. He contacted us right away and went straight to work. He was asking our preferences and next thing you know, we are scheduling home visits. We started working with him during the midst of Covid and he really made sure to make us feel comfortable. He is well experienced and shows great knowledge over the important stuff that isn’t common knowledge like electrical, roofing and renovation possibilities. He always gave his honest opinion and never tried to over sell us. Within 2 months we were in escrow. However, due to covid, the sellers had to cancel.
