I have lived in Rancho Cucamonga with my wife Gail since 1987. I am very familiar with the real estate market and acitivities in the Inland Empire as a result. I attended Mt. San Antonio College and Chaffey Junior College. I possess an Associate of Science Degree in Real Estate. I am a California Registered Tax Practioner with the state of Ca. so I am knowlegeable of most tax conseguences relative to the tax aspects of a sale of residence or income producing properties.
