Treating clients like family is both a guiding principle and a way of life for Teresa Williams.  Born and raised in West Virginia, her family and faith is her foundation.  Shortly after marrying her husband, Teresa set out on a new adventure to the Colorado Rockies where she enjoys photography, camping, spending time with her husband and favorite Aussie, Kenzi.  Not to mention, furniture and décor shopping and internet house hunting, which is why she made the move to real estate.  After spending 25+ years in the land development, engineering and construction industry, she is transferring her knowledge into real estate. This has helped Teresa earn invaluable experience in everything from marketing, contract management, finances and relationship building.  Teresa knows exactly how important interpersonal relationships are and continuing those alliances.  She is compassionate, honest, hardworking, dedicated, and entertaining which makes house hunting an incredible and exciting experience.  Her extensive knowledge of Denver and developments in and around the foothills provides her clients with the most up-to-date listings.  As a Broker Associate with HomeSmart Realty Group, Teresa understands all aspects when it comes to buying and selling a home.  Teresa is dedicated to listening intently and matching individual families with the properties and neighborhoods that best suit their needs.  She is devoted to her clients and as Teresa says, “She will move mountains for you.”
