Steve is a delight to be around. He listens to your needs beforehand. Asks what you want to see from the pulled listings. Listens as you go through the house for the small preferences you may not think to bring forward on your own. He balances the needs/wants of multiple people of the household, including kiddos. He understands the highly competitive market and he made it happen for us. He was incredibly responsive.
