I moved to HomeSmart Realty Group after a year and a half working for a “big box” brokerage. At my previous brokerage, I felt like my hands were tied behind my back, but with HomeSmart, I can now have the freedom to work on a more individual basis with each of my clients, which is best for everyone involved.
I believe that in order to best serve my clients needs, I need to be an attentive listener. I take the time to learn about each of my client’s needs and do the extra homework to ensure their needs as a buyer or seller come first. At every chance, I educate myself further, because I believe that education is for a lifetime, not just one time.
I specialize in horse properties and equine facilities. I am an avid horse enthusiast and have been since I can remember. I own a Friesian Sport Horse colt and have owned many horses over the years. I care deeply for horses and their happiness and I enjoy helping their humans find homes that they can all be happy with. It is important to have an agent who understand your needs as well as what will work best for what you plan on doing with your horse. For selling horse property, it is extremely important as well to have an agent who knows the complications of selling horse property and will list it accurately in order to market correctly to the right buyers.
I also enjoy working with Seniors and their families in transitions. Whether seniors are retiring and finding their dream home, downsizing, or transitioning to a situation that best suits your needs, I take the extra time to connect my clients with others who can make these transitions go smoothly. I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist and can help seniors and their families who might be involved in the decision process transition with ease.
I am also a Resort and Second Home Specialist. I have owned several second homes in resort towns. I enjoy helping clients find the perfect investment or second home and I am connected with the RSPS community.
I am also a Military Relocation Professional and I truly enjoy helping our country’s service men and women relocate and quickly get settled in with their new homes.
On a personal note, I enjoy riding horses—all styles including dressage, hunter/jumper, western pleasure, trail, gymkhana, and cow sorting. I love to hike, be outside, travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with my loved ones. I have been a substitute teacher, home school teacher, sleigh and wagon driver, gold mine tour guide, hostess at a fine dining restaurant and have worn many more hats! I am proudly a mother to two amazing adult daughters.
