Kathi brings years of experience to her clients since starting as a Buyer's Agent for a top producing RE/MAX broker in 1995.  Kathi honed her skills as a Buyer's Agent by listening and strongly advocating on behalf of her clients throughout the buying process.  In 2006, Kathi joined HomeSmart Realty Group representing both Buyers and Sellers.

Kathi has a great familiarity with area neighborhoods and home styles.  She grew up in Littleton, attended Littleton Public Schools; graduated from CU with a BA in Economics and a JD from DU College of Law.  She practiced as a litigator for several years refining her research, advocacy and negotiation skills.

Kathi has worked with Sellers and Buyers throughout the Denver area.  She is dedicated to providing exceptional, creative and above-and-beyond service to her clients.  She works hard to create opportunities for her Sellers and Buyers through continuing education, advanced preparation, thorough analysis, frequent communication and smart negotiation practices.

She lives in Lakewood with her husband and two children.  She is active in her neighborhood, volunteering at her children’s schools and attending theater, music and sporting events.  She also enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, trying new recipes and restaurants.
