Neighborhoods

Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek North is a walkable, mixed-use community in one of the most prestigious zip codes in Denver. With the highest concentration of high-end retail anywhere in the Rocky Mountain West, combined with more than 60 restaurants, 65 spas and salons, and a creekside 24 mile biking and hiking trail…it’s not just where people want to hang out, it’s where they want to live.

Cherry Creek North’s 16 blocks provide everything you need to enjoy life within walking distance.

Virginia Vale

Washington Virginia Vale is one of those neighborhoods that even Denver natives might not know about. Located just east of Glendale, the area is better known for the Super Target and other retail options on Colorado Boulevard than for its residential opportunities. Sandwiched between several major roads and bisected by busy Leetsdale Avenue, it’s true that this area is often unnoticed.  However, this relative obscurity results in some of Denver’s cheapest rental units in the city. Dig a little deeper, and you’ll notice rows and rows of large complexes and modest brick bungalows.

If you value price and location, than Washington Virginia Vale may be just for you.

Virginia Village

The Virginia Village neighborhood is still in Denver, but has a suburban feel that's great for families. As published in the Denver Business Journal in February of 2018:

As cranes loom over downtown Denver's skyline and city center streets increasingly become home to younger millennials (hipsters) and retirees, families are increasingly heading to neighborhoods to the east.

That's because they tend to be more affordable, a bit less crowded and a have more of family-feel to them. Places like Virginia Village are top of the list.
