I began my career as a police officer in 2003 and received my real estate license in June of 2016. As corny as it may sound, I do love to help people. I understand the anxiety that comes with buying your first home, not knowing what you’re getting yourself into, where to start, and what is involved in what is likely the largest purchase of your life. On the other spectrum, are the sellers, that have to let go of a home that may have sentimental value to them.
I’m passionate about the needs and goals of my clients and specialize in bringing peace of mind to buyers and sellers alike. Whether it’s your first time or your 10th time, each transaction is different and has its own challenges and emotions involved.
I am committed to treating every client with the same personal attention I would give to a family member or close friend. Relationships are more important than transactions. You may have noticed that many agents take a transactional approach to sales – identifying clients, closing the deal and then moving on to the next one. I choose not to work that way because I believe you deserve more from the professional you decided to work with and I only work by referral. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear. I am devoted to serving the needs of my clients before, during, and after each transaction. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process.
I believe in giving back to those who serve our community by providing my “Helping Heroes Door to Door!” program, which offers a reduced listing fee and/or a broker rebate for buyers who are military, law enforcement, fire fighters, EMT’s, nurses, and teachers. I am also a certified military relocation professional.
I believe in continuously educating myself every chance I get, in order to help my clients in every aspect.
I was born and raised in Frankfurt, Germany and moved to the USA with my family when I was 14 years old. Although a little rusty at times, I am still fluent in German. I now reside north of Kiowa, CO, with my husband. We have a blended family with 2 sons, a grandson, and a granddaughter. We take every chance we get to travel, whether it’s a camping trip to Glenwood Springs or a visit back home to Germany.
I hope I get the opportunity to help you with your next endeavor!
