WASH Park

It is exciting to see the changes being made in the Wash Park area!  Boutique shopping, brew pubs, and bakeries!    Smaller bungalows are simply being updated, and others are being scraped and a more custom home being built!   This is a dog friendly neighborhood.  Residents enjoy walking to the park, restaurants and small businesses.  Excellent area for downtown commuters and those who support Cherry Creek businesses!

Highlands Ranch is a 22,000-acre master-planned community located in the North-West portion of unincorporated Douglas County. Founded in 1981, the community has a population of approximately 97,000 in 29,000 single family homes and 3,289 apartments.
