She also plays hardball and will be honest when she knows the seller is trying to take advantage of you. Deb really knows her stuff.We had trouble with other realtors. They didn't listen to us and only cared about what would benefit themselves. She went out of her way to help us purchase our home. She made sure that we got exactly what we wanted for what we asked for and she wouldn't let them waver or try exclude anything in our agreement. Should we ever need to relocate, I'm only doing my business with her.

I lived in Fort Collins and was looking for homes in the Fort Collins/Loveland/Windsor area, and Deb drove up each time I wanted to look at a place I was interested in. She knew what I was looking for a kept her eyes peeled at every point during the day. Sent me listings in the middle of the night and made arrangements to see the places even before I saw the listing because she knew that I would want to see them. This happened with the home that I bought in the summer of 2016 and am in love with!
