"My wife and lived in Kansas and were relocating to the Denver area with out teenage daughter, Aurora to be specific. We were referred to Mandi by a Kansas realtor friend who worked for the same company as Mandi. Since we were relocating, we were on a time crunch, one weekend, to find the right house in the right area and the Denver market was hot. When we arrived in Denver that Friday we drove from the airport and met Mandi at the first of several houses we looked at that day. We looked at a total of five houses and one of the houses was a definite possibility of us putting in an offer but wanted to wait until Saturday morning to make a final decision. Saturday morning we met Mandi at the first house, but like I said the Denver market was hot, houses were selling within hours of being listed, above asking price and most had multiple offers, this house was no exception. When Mandi put the offer together she informed us that the sellers wanted to wait until Monday at 4pm for all offers to come in before making a decision. I believe it was 10 am when we put in our offer, to compete with another offer already submitted. Mandi saw that we really liked this house and that we were limited on time, so she was not having any of this Monday at 4 pm stuff. She put in the offer that the offer would need to be accepted by 1200 pm that same day. Honestly I was skeptical, very skeptical. I figured the sellers would stick to their guns with Monday at 4 pm, but like I said Mandi was not having any of that and fought for our house. She called the listing agent and put pressure on her to make this happen and she did. We closed last week and I believe it was to Mandi's tenacity is the reason why.
