I am a seasoned Real Estate Broker with HomeSmart Realty Group of Colorado and a full service Real Estate Professional.  I specialize in Residential and Investment properties.  I have extensive experience in property renovation and marketing.

By giving a comprehensive Market Analysis to determine the correct listing price of your property, I help the Seller squeeze every last dollar from their home sale with fast results.  I provide exceptional customer service and a marketing plan that fits your needs.  This includes full MLS exposure, color brochures, internet exposure to hundreds of Real Estate sites and sign flyers.  It could also include open houses, professional photos, local specialty magazine coverage, virtual tours and even a Manafort walk through of your home with 360 degree room views.  As a full-service Seller’s Agent, I would coordinate all aspects of selling your home from the listing, to the contract negotiations, to the closing.  I will schedule all showings and the appraisal, monitor the loan process and communicate with the lender. I will set up with the title company to arrange delivery of the title insurance and the preparation of the closing documents as well as scheduling the closing time and place.  I will keep you up to date on your property’s activity, provide you with showing feedback and I will get you results!
