Closing fees: 3% of purchase price (we can ask sellers to help) Example: $225,000 x 3% = $6,750

Process: Look at homes, write an offer: nego, under contract, have inspection, then appraisal, finish up on loan and close all in about 30 days.

*Listing Process: 

 -Professionally photos will be taken

-I will get you a lock box & sign in yard.

-All docs can be signed online. (e signatures)

-Showing desk with call you to confirm any showings.
