     Following in the footsteps of her father, Alonzo (Al) Williams, Jacqué attended Jones Real Estate College immediately after graduating from high school. Al, a twenty-year veteran in real estate, taught Jacqué industry etiquette and the fundamentals. In 2003, after completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, Jacqué reinstated her real estate license and returned to the industry. One of her first transactions was a HUD home with CHFA down payment assistance. Jacqué’s love for guiding first-time home buyers began. She became knowledgeable on a variety of down payment programs and a resource to affordable housing options. Jacqué believes everyone should have the opportunity to own real estate.

     Jacqué is an effective communicator, utilizing her keen listening skills to negotiate on behalf of her clients. Jacqué has extensive knowledge in affordable housing, consumer credit, contract review, new construction, evaluating properties, and lending practices. Jacqué only works with trusted industry partners to ensure a seamless transaction.       Jacqué has lived in Denver since 1978 and owned property since 1992. Jacqué wears several additional hats: mother, teacher, financial coach, and entrepreneur. Jacqué (Jacqueline Johnson) is also a published author of “The Formula to Your Future” a book of biblical financial principles and personal experiences, many related to real estate.
