Joy knew we were interested in one specific model in one specific condominium. When it became available we were out of state. Coordinating the purchase of that condo while listing and selling our existing condo required extra effort on her part. We were actually out of the country when our condo sold. Every part of the purchase/sale was handled in the most timely manner. She went out of her way to make our move as stress free as possible and for that I am very grateful! I might add we also managed to have a few good laughs throughout this journey. I highly recommend her!
