I consider Colorado my home state!  I was born in Illinois and my family moved out to Colorado in the  Golden/Applewood area when I was in 5th grade.  I love everything about Colorado and the only exception of leaving the state was for my collegiate years in Los Angeles and San Diego.  I've spent the better part of my real estate career representing home owners, buyers and sellers in Colorado's ever-changing real estate market.  My list of clients and supporters always reminds me of how hard work and determination pay off for my clients.  Repeat and referral clients are my specialty.  With extensive experience as a residential real estate appraiser and Realtor, I provide clients an edge that other realtors just can't offer - the results are great investments for my clients. 

With more than twenty five years experience in real estate, I understand the importance of keeping my client's needs as my top priority and aggressively negotiating on their behalf.  I am 110% dedicated to my client's satisfaction and achieve that through diligence, honesty, and integrity.  I believe it is critical to keep clients updated on market trends, activity and the stages of a sale or purchase once they are at that point.  My clients are always in the "know" and they are well informed buyers or sellers.
